Music and Contemporary Art

A programme dedicated to the relationship between sound research and contemporary art, from the experiments of Fluxus, visual poetry and symphonic compositions by artists such as Hermann Nitsch and Yves Klein to contemporary experiences linked to the Merz Prize. Concerts, guided listening sessions and sound performances will enliven sites of great monumental and scenic value in the Gibellina and Belìce area, with a particular focus on the Mediterranean, young people and the fusion of languages. Music becomes an opportunity for encounter and conviviality, opening up public spaces to new forms of enjoyment.
