The activity is dedicated to the Torre Civica (or Torre dell’Orologio) of Gibellina, conceived by Alessandro Mendini with Studio Alchimia in dialogue with the sound research of musicologist Davide Mosconi. Texts, images, archival materials, and public activities restore the cultural complexity of the work: not just architecture but a cultural device, a meeting point between design and landscape acoustic and anthropological vision. The tower is reinterpreted as a symbolic infrastructure of the new Gibellina, in which sound becomes a structural element of the urban experience.
