Photographer Giandomenico Frassi, Rina Gandolfo, Maria Scavuzzo, Daniele Santangelo, and Giuseppe Maiorana, who worked on this edition, will be present, along with the entire staff of the Orestiadi Foundation.

The Pane del Santo (The Saint's Bread) is a reissue of the publication of the exhibition "Bread and Sweets in the Belice Valley," conceived in 1981 by Ludovico Corrao, with texts by Antonino Cusumano. Edited by Antonella Corrao, with art director Anna Cuppini, and published by the Orestiadi Foundation, the volume recounts, through photographs by Giandomenico Frassi, the ancient tradition of votive breads and altars to Saint Joseph, and the fervent preparations that involve the communities of Gibellina and the Belice Valley every March 19th. The presentation also marks the inauguration of an exhibition of Giandomenico Frassi's photographic work, which opens the week of celebrations in honor of the Saint.
