"Zona Blu" by Regina José Galindo is a new performance conceived for Gibellina, dedicated to the city's women as custodians of collective memory and protagonists of the rebirth after the Belice earthquake. Their voices, collected through interviews, accompany the action in a sound composition that intertwines memories of loss, return, and reconstruction. More than a commemoration, the work transforms everyday memory into a collective gesture of identity, belonging, and participation.
