Pietro Fortuna – Folds

The residency will lead to the creation of a series of modular sculptures for a green space in the city. Each element consists of steel plates bent into curved shapes, which translate a process of repetition and variation into gesture, symbolising the experience of becoming, inviting slow and active observation.
